1. Services
Krimus Tech Pvt. Ltd. provides digital services including web development, email marketing, AI automation, mobile app development, SaaS solutions, and SEO strategy. The specific scope of services for each engagement is defined in a separate proposal or service agreement.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required to deliver the agreed services
- Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or content in a timely manner
- Ensure you have the legal right to use any materials, content, or assets provided to us
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in the individual project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work commences. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of work. All fees are quoted in the agreed currency and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Krimus Tech retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or processes used in delivery.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This obligation continues after the conclusion of the project.
6. Revisions and Scope Changes
Project proposals include a defined number of revision rounds. Requests outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and require written approval before work begins.
7. Limitation of Liability
Krimus Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced at the agreed rate. Deposits are non-refundable unless termination is due to a material breach by Krimus Tech.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
