Ltd., registered in Nepal) collects, uses, stores, and safeguards your personal information when you use our futsal booking application, website, or AI chatbot service. By using KhelNow, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

To deliver a seamless booking experience and provide you with personalised support, KhelNow may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Full Name — used to identify you within the KhelNow community and personalise your experience.
  • Email Address — used for account registration, booking confirmations, service notifications, and to respond to your enquiries.
  • Phone Number — used to coordinate bookings with futsal venues and verify your identity where required.
  • Booking Details — including venue selection, preferred time slots, and payment status, to process and manage your reservations.
  • Device & Usage Data — such as your device type, operating system, browser type, and in-app activity, collected automatically to improve performance and fix bugs.
  • AI Chatbot Inputs — messages you send to KhelSathi (our AI assistant), including any name, email, or phone number you voluntarily share during the conversation.

You are not required to provide a phone number or email address to browse KhelNow. These are requested when you create an account, make a booking, or voluntarily engage with our support chatbot.

KhelSathi — Our AI Chatbot

KhelNow includes KhelSathi, an AI-powered chatbot designed exclusively to assist users with questions about KhelNow — including how to book futsal grounds, app features, pricing, and general enquiries.

KhelSathi Data Practices AI Feature

When you interact with KhelSathi, the conversation is processed in real time through a secure AI service. KhelSathi may ask for your name, and optionally your email address or phone number, solely to enable our team to follow up on your enquiry if you request it.

If your question cannot be answered by KhelSathi and you choose to escalate it to our support team, your name, contact details (if provided), and chat summary may be sent internally to Krimus Tech staff via a secure, encrypted connection. This information is used only to respond to your specific enquiry.

KhelSathi does not retain your chat history beyond the active session. Once your browser session ends, the conversation is not stored in any persistent database. No information shared with KhelSathi is used for advertising, profiling, or sold to any third party.

  • Processing futsal court bookings and sending confirmations.

We take your privacy seriously. KhelNow does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third-party companies, advertisers, or external organisations for marketing or commercial purposes.

Your data stays with Krimus Tech Pvt. Ltd. All personal information collected through KhelNow — including your name, email, and phone number — is managed exclusively by Krimus Tech Pvt. Ltd. and is never disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent.

We may share limited, anonymised, and non-identifiable data (such as aggregate booking counts or app usage statistics) with partners for product analytics purposes only. This data cannot be used to identify you as an individual.

In exceptional circumstances, we may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory authority in Nepal. We will inform you to the extent permitted by law if such a request is made.
